M&A Culture Tools

M&A Culture Due Diligence An early stage process that enables those close to the deal to unpack aspects of culture that need to be recognized for decision making and integration planning. Internal resources are trained to gather culture observations while a facilitator helps them identify integration implications and risks. The M&A Culture Due Diligence methodology includes tools such as Observation Guides, Interview Guides and Workshop Facilitation Plans.

M&A Culture Integration This licensed methodology uses the 15 minute M&A Culture Survey or the 5 minute M&A Culture Scan to assess culture attributes that create the greatest potential for culture clash. It provides a process for working with stakeholders to integrate the findings into communication and integration planning so that integration plans are culturally appropriate, both leveraging synergies and addressing potential areas of tension or clash. Ideally used by HR/OD and Integration Teams or the consulting firms that work with them.

M&A Culture Survey A pre- or post-changeover culture survey that compares 14 dimensions of culture that may contribute synergies and/or tensions impacting integration. 15 minutes

How It Works

We try to keep it simple. When you tell us what you Product want you will receive an invoice for payment via Square. If you wish we can retain your payment details for the future, or this can be a one time payment process. Learn more.

Surveys – A deposit of 50% is required upfront to hold your survey in our schedule. The second payment will be invoiced once your reports have been received by you.

Tools and Methodologies – Once paid for, these will be sent by e-mail to the address you provide.
