M&A Culture Scan

The CULTURESTRATEGYFIT® M&A Culture Scan assesses 23 high risk areas of potential culture clash in merging groups and organizations. It helps you identify important cultural differences, as well as potential synergies, that need to be addressed in integration and change plans. As it is a high-level scan versus a culture deep dive, this survey is intended to be used as input to conversations between members of the merging organizations.

The M&A Culture Scan is a short, easy-to-use survey designed to focus discussions about cultural similarities and differences in merging organizations. Members of the merging organizations complete the survey providing comparative data which is analyzed by our experts to identify potential synergies and tensions, and the implications for integration. The results are reported in a workshop formal that includes education about culture, energizers, and instructions for facilitating meaningful discussions.

Within 72 hours, your survey is setup and ready to go. Working together, we determine the best option for accessing the survey, complete a test and finalize details.
