The CULTURE-STRATEGY FIT® Culture Images is a set of 20 carefully selected, ready to print photographs used to stimulate powerful conversations about the current culture and/or the future culture required for effective strategy execution, business transformation or M&A integration. The images encourage people to listen to each other’s perspectives and explore values, beliefs and behaviors together.
To help you get the most out of your Culture Images, your purchase includes a 75-minute activity for a future culture discussion. You also have the option to purchase the Culture Images Workshop. The Culture Images Workshop adds education about culture and builds upon the activity to achieve a deeper description of the future. It also includes a prioritization exercise using our proprietary analytic model. We recommend using one of our other tools such as the CULTURE-STRATEGY FIT® Culture Safari or Culture Cards in combination with the Culture Images to make it even more engaging for participants. The Culture Images can be used in small group sessions, larger workshops or as part of a large group process such as a World Café.

The Culture Images photographs are metaphors of organizational culture. Each image has the potential for multiple meanings depending on the perspective of the viewer. For example, the image of a group of elephants has been interpreted as a culture that values 'family', 'diversity of age and experience', 'teamwork and collaboration' among others. They are a great way to build awareness and engage people in meaningful conversations about culture.
